We build each California Surf Bear frame from high-quality, rustproof, T-304 stainless steel with your choice of Polished Mirror Bright, Maintenance-Free Brushed, or Powder Coated Flat Black finish. We permanently metal etch each detailed, surf bear graphic by laser for a premium look that won't rust or fade. Each frame also includes a set of our patented matching finish hardware caps to conceal mounting hardware.
The open corner construction of the California Surf Bear frame meets DMV compliance regulations in most states with upper and lower corner registration tags, where blocking the center plate message is permitted. However, you should always consult your state's DMV for compliance regulations before installing.
